Scheduling
You may call the office at (309) 244-8445 to schedule an appointment. Scheduling of appointments through the Patient Portal is not available. If you are not sure if your child needs an appointment, give us a call or send us a message.
WELL VISITS
Schedule well visits as soon in advance as possible. Well visits for infants/toddlers are more frequent. We recommend annual well visits starting at 2 years of age. It is recommended to schedule well visits around your child's birthday. These well visits can also serve as the School or Sports Physical, if needed. The physical exams are good for 1 year.
SCHEDULE OF VISITS
- Newborn follow up well exam at 3-5 days of age
- 2-3 weeks of age (generally, 2 weeks after first appointment)
- 2, 4, 6, 9, 12, 15, and 18 months
- Annual physicals/well visits starting at 2 years of age
SICK VISITS
Same-day appointments are available during regular office hours. We are unable to accommodate walk-in patients.
